Bad experience

I have not had the best experience living here. The gate is aleays broken and i chose the community for that ammenity and peace of mind. The free coffee machine is always out of order. The elevator is also always out of order once it was broken for 3 weeks and i was not able to get to my apartment because of it. The new staff in the leasing office is condescending and not accomodating at all. Long story short i excitrf to move out.

Exterior Maintenance is Awful

I love the property. The lack of landscape maintenance is appalling. You have not placed any pinestraw in the common areas.

It is great!

I have lived here for almost a month now! It is very homey, the residents are very friendly, and is incredibly safe. It seems to be an inclusive environment, as there are monthly events fro the residents to meet each other and do something fun through the complex. The gym has the best machinery, and lots of green area for dogs to roam outside. So far, I am loving it and feel very safe!

This is not a non smoking community

Despite being advertised as a non smoking community, this apartment complex does no enforce it whatsoever. People smoke weed in their rooms and that fills the hallways/ ventilation system with the smell. Depsite reporting this to the alpharetta police department and bringing a form to the leasing department- nothing is ever done. 2 bedroom apartments are going for $4k a month in this complex due to “a non smoking community” .. Save your money and rent a 4 bedroom townhome instead of coming here. You’ll sign a lease and be bombarded with smoking emails daily, yet dana nor asia do anything about this. They also are under the impression that they can send a mass letter out and then enter any room because of sending an email out within the last 24 hours! You cannot and will not enter my property unless the police come to me with a signed warrant. Any leasing agent that wants to use this as a threat or who attempts to illegaly enter my apartment will be facing a lawsuit. Dana has a rude awakening coming as the emails that are being sent out have been shared by many residents here and posted all over facebook, reddit, , yelp, and apartments.com! I already have 2 friends who chose to rent a townhome over this apartment compelx due to my advice and information found on facebook! Enjoy losing residents
