At Vintage Winter Park, your pet will appreciate the freedom to run and play in our off-lease petpark and you'll appreciate the convenience of bathing and grooming in the indoor Pet Spa. As a pet-friendly community, we are required by the Federal Fair Housing Act (FHAct) to follow our pet policy. All pets must be registered through Pet Screening and must follow the pet policy provided in the Lease Contract and Resident Packet. Non-registered animals are not permitted to reside at nor visit the property. A one-time $350 nonrefundable fee will be charged for one pet, or a $550 nonrefundable fee will be charged for two pets.There is a $25 monthly pet fee per pet and a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment is allowed.There are no weight restrictions, however, these breeds are prohibited, whether full blood or mixed in any percentage: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bull Dog, Belgian Malinois, Boerboels, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincher, Dogo Argentino, English Mastiff, Fila or Brazilian Mastiff, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Irish Wolfhounds, Mastiffs, Malamutes, Pit bulls, Presa Mallorquin (Ca Debou), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Service Animals, Assistance Animals, and Emotional Support Animals - A "service animal," as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, and "assistance animals" and "emotional support animals," as defined by the Fair Housing Act, are not considered pets, therefore the provisions of the pet policy do not apply to these animals. I had an abysmal experience at Vintage Winter Park Apartments. Their billing system was a nightmare, consistently overcharging me hundreds to thousands of dollars. When I moved out, they attempted to charge me an absurd $5,000, claiming I didn't provide proper notice despite having copies of the letters. Their refusal to accommodate a month-to-month lease until my daughter finished college was outrageous, especially when they wanted to hike the rent by over $2,000. To top it off, their management was incompetent, the billing system was a mess, and the security gates were perpetually malfunctioning. They even withheld the majority of my deposit, refunding a mere $30, despite the apartment being in good condition with only minor wear and tear. Avoid this place like the plague.
Staff is very attentive
I've been living here for almost 3 years. I enjoy the food trucks that come every week. It's a nice break from cooking when you work long hours. The staff is typically responsive when I have a request or concern. I haven't had too many issues except loud music from cars or some residents that don't pick up their pet's poop. Overall, things have been well. I wish the pool was open a little longer and that some people were more respectful of others when children are around, but that's not always an issue.

Amazing place to live!
I've lived here for two years, and from the moment I set foot onto the property, I knew this would be my home. The office staff is so warm and welcoming, as well as the other members of the community! There's just about every amenity under the sun, and everyone does their part to make sure that it genuinely feels luxurious. Vintage is perfectly nestled equidistant from big parts of town like UCF, Downtown, and the Park Ave area! I couldn't ask for more!
