The apartment isn’t worth the price that’s requested

Im a very happy resident here in the BrandyWyne Apartments community. This is a very nice and quiet community. Management is great, neighbors go to work and mind their own business. Neighbors speak and dont cause trouble. I dont have any complaints at all about living here. Its been great so far.

Overall the appartments are great! My only grievance is that due to all the construction work that has been happening, Ive found screws and nails in the parking lot and recently my car ended up with a similar nail in one of the tires. Other than that its all very nice, maintenance requests are responded quickly and noise is next to none.

Regular experience, old apartments should be renewed and parking re done

I've been living here at Brandywyne Apts for a little over a month now and I love it. Everything about this community is great. The Manager Karina is the best and she goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. I tried to move here (brandywyne)back in January, when the community had different managers. At that time things didnt line up, which delayed my move. I came back at the end of March and tried again, not knowing that new management was present. I had the pleasure of meeting Karina (brandywyne manager) and Katherine(the landings mgr) when I came back, and they were so amazing. I told them I really wanted the apt and they gave me a chance to have a place to call home again after being in a homeless situation. Karina is the manager at BrandyWyne and all I can say is she is the best. She's very patient, extremely kind, she makes sure that you understand everything thats going on. Bottomline Karina and Katherine both are just really good hearted people that actually care about their residents. I had one minor maintenance issue since I been here. I put the request in, and the very next day, maintenance was on the job, taking care of the issue. Even the site maintenance worker is professional and informative. I have never experienced such good customer service like this before. You're not just a number here at BrandyWyne, You are treated like a member of the family. I love it out here. Im very Happy to call BrandyWyne my home. I say to anybody thats looking for a friendly community, with a great manager, please do not hesitate to Go see Karina. She is the best. If I had to grade the community, they Get an A Plus. Try it out for yourself, you will not be disappointed.
