Great block with amazing maintenance staff. Little bit noisy

Been here since opening in 2012. Neighborhood has grown rapidly since we moved in and we now have all amenities nearby. Been through several owners and staff but the maintenance has always been a highlight.

First Year

This has been a very pleasant experience for a first year lease. Originally, I wasn’t sure about the property because of the price difference compared to others, but overall, it has been a good experience. To be transparent, some of the amenities fall short of what was originally mentioned when touring. Cooking demos are non-existent, events are minimal, and the gym is treated as an after-thought. Additionally, some of the staff (especially around the closing hours) are very quick to usher residents out of the common areas, which is understandable, but doesn’t provide a sense of “welcome.” That being said, the maintenance team has been fantastic and is my favorite part of living here (which I think is great considering no one wants components if their home in disrepair). The response that is received whenever we submit a request always exceeds expectations. The team is informative and friendly, quick to respond, and effectively accomplish the request.
