Property has deteriorated

Since 10X took over both the property has declined in upkeep and the residents moving are also deteriorating. Not the same property at all and will more than likely be my last year here.

Second to none!

I've been living here since 2015 and love this community more and more. The staff is incredible and always go above and beyond to help tenants and visitors. Safe, clean and beautiful rental community!

Convenient place

I am living here for three years. I tried to find the place for my children but it was so hard. Because of the school, people want to live in the boundary. Also, it is so close to Weston Town Center that it is very convenient. The facility is not well maintained. Broken machines are in the gym. Party rooms are closed and not in use. The gate is usually broken and wide open. No guest parking spaces. The plants are shabby. The rent is expensive for this quality. I don't recommend.

More follow up

I still have not had anyone come fix the stairs after submitting now 2 requests over 2 months. Also, the fire alarm keeps going off in our building at 4 am! No one has addressed this at all.
