Integra Station 2114 welcomes cats and dogs. Contact our leasing office for more information! Residents are permitted a maximum of two (2) pets with a combined weight not to exceed seventy-five (75) pounds. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $400 is required per pet, along with monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. The following dog breeds, including mixed breeds, are restricted: Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf Hybrid, Alaskan Malamute, Dogo Argentino, Chow Chow, Saint Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, and Siberian Husky.

I have lived here for almost 2 months, and so far I am not impressed. I choose this apartment complex for many reasons and the amenities and the fact you need a fob to get into the building were all things that I didn't see in other properties. I moved in and then learned you have to go downstairs every single time someone comes to visit because the call box doesn't work. I went to grill burgers at the pool and we have 3 grills and a charcoal grill and every single grill doesn't work and maintenance was aware of this for days with no fix and no notice to residence that they weren't working so people weren't planning to use them. Due to only having a charcoal grill individuals were using it that day and because the lid of that grill was broken, someone hurt themselves trying to lift it not knowing it wasn't attached. The hammocks in the pool area are destroyed and not usable. The closest gate from the mail area into the pool has not been working and notice was not maid to anyone so you have to walk around the whole 2nd building just to get into the pool area. Why do we pay so much money for amenities etc. for none of it to work? On top of the fact I was charged a 25 dollar trash fee due to a picture of a trash bag being placed in front of my apartment. However, they were going to charge me my whole rent amount even though I had free rent for 2 months when I signed my lease. I had to call over 4 times to get it fixed and they blamed it on (internet issues) but were extremely quick to charge 25 dollars for trash even though half of the amenities do not work.

my sink has been broken sinxe the day i moved in, maintenance has “fixed” it three times now and it stjkl doesnt work. all of my groceries go bad, it makes my whole house smell and i cant use my kitchen.
