Overall it seems like the construction was rushed. There are paint splatters on the floor, caulk on the coutertops but nothing major. We’ve encountered several inconveniences with the mail room & fire alarms. But I will say The Harlow has the best staff! Living in an apartment complex, the people working in the front office can really make or break your living situation. So a huge thank you to the front office staff & maintence team.
