This place is a joke. The leasing office has zero respect for residents and even less communication. They ignore you for weeks, then act like you’re the problem when you finally demand answers. They lie, they don’t take accountability, and they treat people like trash. I’ve never seen so much unprofessionalism and attitude in one place. You can literally feel how little they care. Living here has been nothing but stress, disappointment, and disrespect. Don’t waste your money or your peace of mind — you deserve better.

We have lived here since Beacon Epperson opened. The community you find here cannot be found just anywhere. The staff are amazing and truly care about your experience. The area has a brand new Publix too! The schools around Beacon are amazing and we are close by the Lagoons. I would highly recommend living here. It really is home.
