Lived here 8 years and it has been a good experience. The office people are very responsive and maintenance is done in a timely manner when needed. Would recommend this place. Also, my neighbors are really nice. The office does a great job with picking new renters.

I am extremely delighted I have chosen Indian river apartment. Great location. close to beach and the river. shopping is within walking distance. very well maintained . great staff Bobbie , Karen in the office and Dwayne in maintenance.. . I thank them all for their service.
