I've lived here for 4 years. The staff has always been excellent. Property is always clean and well-maintained. The on-site amenities are good enough and the location is unbeatable. Street lights and noise (late night parties and early morning garbage trucks) coming off of Howard can be an annoyance, but you kind of signed up for that when you decided to live here.
