Great location!

The apartments are mostly updated and in a wonderful location. I was hoping for an affordable south tampa rental and got exactly what I needed foe the price (only downfall being no washer or dryer in unit and coin laundry downstairs). The courtyard is perfect, anyone who comes over always comments on how beautiful it is. I love where I live!

I moved to Tampa about 7 months ago and absolutely love this apartment community. Its a smaller complex with only two levels which gives it more of a homey-neighborhood feel w/ neighbors. The courtyard is beautiful and makes it feel like a beach jungle oasis. The location and price is above all the best part about living here, It is one of the cheapest complexes I found in south Tampa, and really the only con is the parking lot can be a tight getting in and out.

Have lived here for 3 years, love how quick maintenance is with fixing things, great area to live. Wish there were more amenities, but overall great place to live.

The absolutely best feature about Park West apartments is its location. The Hartline Route 19 bus goes right by the building and can take you south to the Britton Plaza hub to make several different connections. Britton also has a variety of stores including a large Publix grocery. Going on the #19 the other direction takes you to downtown Tampa for business and entertainment. The apartment building is situated near a number of nice restaurants and it is easy to walk to several of them. Medical doctors and Walgreens pharmacy are nearby, too. I recommend Park West as being a very convenient place to live.
