Our apartment is in a great neighborhood, it's a good value for the size, and parking is very convenient and easy. I like that the complex is smaller, and it's one of the limited affordable options in this area. There are limited amenities however, and the shared pool is small and does not have much space, there's no grill/lounge areas etc. But in my opinion the pros outweigh the cons considering the great location of this apartment.

I've been here for about 5 years. The amount of water damage from pipes and the water heater is mindblowing. The carpet, flooring, and paint aren't quality enough for more than a year. The place is falling down around us and the rent just keeps increasing.

It's nice, quiet, good value for the area. The property managers aren't particular nice or helpful but everything else is good.
