It's Convenient

I've lived here for going on 2 years now and I must say it's not worth the price. the amenities are okay at best, the floors are rising and creak with every step you take. The parking is atrocious and when approached by residents about the issue, the staff only said "Take it up with the city.". The sprinklers turn on at such inconvenient times, and you WILL get wet trying to leave during the time they're on. The biggest issue we've had here is the staff. There were a couple months my roommate and I had gotten "credits" toward our rent, and were told to reduce the rent by that amount. What we weren't told however, is that the notices were sent too late and were already absorbed, which led to our landlords charging us 2 months worth of rent and a late fee. When approached by us, they refused accountability, and lay blame on us. I only rent here because I cannot find anywhere else at this point in time.
