Pet-screening is a part of the application process for ALL applicants. A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually. Pet-screening is a part of the application process for ALL applicants. I have lived at Lullwater for 15 months now while attending college at FSU. Living here has been comfortable, quiet, and safe. After a mentally exhausting day at school, driving home to a beautifully maintained, quiet apartment community is an absolute pleasure! The property is alway clean, and the staff have always been pleasant to work with. Jordan and Kassidy in particular, the onsite property managers, are real gems and ALWAYS go out of their way to provide excellent service! (Even before I was a resident!) They frequently arrange community get-togethers, encouraging a true "neighborhood" feel among residents, and it shows. Although I don't have a lot of free time to socialize, when I do, the other residents have always been friendly and hospitable. Feeling homesick might have been an issue if I hadn't found Lullwater at Blairstone. Living here during my didactic year of training has been a real "home away from home" and I feel very fortunate to have found this lovely apartment community! <3
