Constant ownership changes are partially to blame, but the trash is partially due to small dumpsters for too many units. Also emphasis on quiet hours and litter could help. Almost everything in the units is out of date by about a decade. It's affordable, but you get what you pay for.

I've been here 5 years and the quality and upkeep of the property has gone down drastically while rent continues to increase.

Good area but could you a few upgrades being that the rent goes up every year and I have been asking for screens for my windows for 2 years and still haven’t received them
