Great Value, Professional, Quiet, Maintained
I've lived at Apalachee Point for a few months as of December 2023. Staff and maintenance are friendly, efficient, professional, and respectful of privacy, addressing issues quickly and effectively. My apartment was clean, spacious, and rather well-maintained upon move-in. The grounds are kept fairly nice, trash is more or less maintained, and pests are minimal. It is overall very quiet and private. The community is friendly and feels pretty safe. The noise from other units (and from yours) is definitely noticeable, but not too bad or too clear for apartment living. Kitchen appliances (including microwave), in-unit laundry, AC/heater, spacious bathrooms, and lots of storage make the units very pleasant and accommodating. There is a pool and community gym that appear well-maintained, though I have not used them personally. Free parking is plentiful and close, with upgraded options and storage available for a good fee. The location is close enough to town without sitting in much busyness, and it still feels more secluded. I have had a few issues with mail as well as dog poop being where it shouldn't. Overall, Apalachee Point is a little more expensive between base rent and added fees, but it is a private, quiet, quality community at a great value and well worth the price.

I have lived here for 5 years and have had no problems or complaints. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. We love it!
It’s fine
Apartment is fine. Management is generally dismissive and unhelpful. Maintenance is inconsitent and constantly changing.

Lived here for about 4 years and we love it and Jazmine the Manager is wonderful!
Could be better
I've lived in the complex for quite some time and while I like it, there are some standard things that could be better. We really need a compactor, trash is just out of control, it wasn't like that pre-pandemic but now it's just so bad. Consistent and intentional lawn care, like many of our plans have died and not been replaced plus better general building maintenance care. Keeping the cork boards in the mail sections updated. Keeping the gym clean, etc. I often feel like management expects tenants to keep the property clean when that isn't totally our responsibility. Other complexes have maintenance poop scoop the grass, pick up stray trash and power washing the buildings. I just think overall things could be so much nicer with a bit more resources/effort.
