The best part of the apartment is the price. Don't expect amenities. You kinda have to get on them about maintenance requests. The property manager is nice though and people in the neighborhood pretty much stay to themselves.

It's pretty chill quiet neighborhood. You have to stay on them about maintenance requests otherwise they won't get done. Parking is first come first serve which can get annoying. Other than that no complaints. You're not going to find anything else this nice at this price.

If you like living close to the stadium, you might be okay with the noise and strangers taking over your parking spaces. If not however, you may want to consider a place more secluded. Repairs aren’t done until something breaks completely. Also the walls and subfloors are very thin. You can hear the neighbors as if they’re in the unit with you.
