Grateful for the location we are in. The property it's self has good bones, and we are thankful for the maintencne that gets done, but we could use a few more upgrades.

I hear every single day that people did not know the plaza was there. There is no marketing to outside people letting them know about the plaza. The property is outdated and falling apart. There are tripping hazards everywhere. You can not tell from the road there are shops on the inside. The signage is aweful. It is not worth the value at all.

The plaza is not well maintained. There are holes ik siding, wood rott, mis matched roofing and in general looks pooly, especially up close.

The plaza is great, customers are wonderful, and location is excellent. The only issue we’ve had is our roof AC leaks water into our store and the manitenance staff has been unable to fix the issue for months now. They are unwilling to simply replace a rusted out AC unit, since it’s currently their responsibility, instead waiting until it becomes our responsibility under the terms of the lease. They should just do the right thing and replace the unit and solve this lingering problem.
