Not fair

I was told i could have an apartment, was gave an apartment number and a move in date. Cassie found out my mom used to live there, but she had to leave for personal reasing. Mom got sued, but she continues to pay every month. Because mom used to live their, i was told it was a conflict of interest and Cassie changed her mine about letting me have one. Cassie said it was management decision. Wonderful place to live if you can get in. BM

Hope nothing breaks

Been here couple of years. Location is great but very poor management, office is constantly closed during hours they post as being open. Maintenance requests are often ignored unless you make multiple requests and then repairs are sliw and often incomplete or insufficient.

Life at Seaside Villas

I have lived here for ten years. The location is wonderful, being so near to the beach. The grounds are so nice and is a great place to have a pet and be able to walk them and meet your neighbors. The buildings are older, but I feel I live in a home and not an apartment complex. There have been times when the maintenance and management was lacking, but feel we have a winning team with Cassie and Joe. I
