Here for approaching 4 years! Office staff very courteous, efficient, and froendly. Always ready to help!! Maintainance staff very prompt and atrtempts to solve any problems as quickly as possible!!

It could’ve been better

It’s peaceful and quiet fully the view is nice The midnight need to be more blow. The proper walkways need to be blowout blow away, at least once a month that would be nice after that everything is fine to me.

Great place to stay

I loved my stay here at Arium Grove Walk. I started a 1 year lease and the office staff was so welcoming and nice! The only critique I could give is that the apartments could be a bit more updated. The kitchen isn't the most updated but you can't complain when its literally quiet as a mouse outside! You feel safe! I'd suggest anyone rent here, the location is great. Easy access to i-75 and close to downtown and the beaches so you can never be bored. I'd stay here again!
