Great Place

Love the location & is a very quiet neighborhood. Been here less than a month. Great so far. The staff is polite & professional. Maintenance fixed a few move-in problems very quickly. Glad to be here.

Nice place

Been here 20 years. Complex has changed hands at least 4 times, more expensive, and tag-ons. AMENITIES? LIKE WHAT? We pay $20 valet trash pick up. I can handle the trash myself, and usually do. 20% raise in rent this year. I was astounded - not in a good way. Lovely place - MANY DOGS!!!

Move In

I just moved in and Cindi and Shawn were very helpful in getting the apartment ready for my move in date. Cindi went above and beyond and was so friendly and professional with me. I even got a welcome bucket filled with kitchen swag. I really needed to move quickly so Cindi was available and worked efficiently to get me the apartment that I fell in love with the minute I walked in the door. I'm very grateful to her for her professionalism in helping me with my move. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment at this location. I look forward to staying here as long as possible. Five Stars for Cindi and her team.
