Why Renters Love It Here
Decently homely
I enjoy the location of this apartment, syndicated community and close to the highway. For the senate of living, this place is definitely decent for the design and its arrangements. There are a few things that can always be improved – – incorporating ethernet in the rooms, expand the dog area, several times bigger, this place really needs a pool as some people(my neighbors) also said that lack of a pool doesn’t really justify the cost for their living arrangements. The one thing I think it was a fatal flaw, for the design is the lack of elevators. I’ve been to some rundown apartments, and they have elevators.

Likes: Staff is knowledgeable; the highway and shopping are accessible; the property is debris-free. Dislikes: Staff is not accessible by phone; management does not respond to emails or return calls; parking policy is not enforced (no tow company); breezeway is heavily stained from trash removals.

new resident and so far everything is awesome
Turtle Creek
We have lived here since April of this year. the office staff is very helpful. from the time that you inquire about the apartment to the day that you move in, and beyond. Sandy in the front office is always asking how things are when I come in to talk to her. Always willing to listen and help out in any way she can. Maintenance is on top of things as soon as there is a issue. it is very quiet here. very peaceful. neighbors are very nice and always speak when spoken to. I really wish they would not charge a monthly fee for my dog to stay here. I don't agree with paying for a parking space. I think that if you rent a apartment here that you should at least be able to park your vehicle here without being charged. Overall I find this place to be a nice place to live. its very quiet and people here are very nice. Office and maintenance staff is as well. Its also more affordable to live than most of the places around here, most other places want over 2,000.00 rent a month. if you need a place to live I would recommend Turtle Creek.
