Overcharged comp

Live in a 1 bedroom. Comparable apartment with no w/d hookup like mine pay a little more than 1200. I pay 1649. What gives Cushman and Wakefield. Asked office if I could get comp pricing. Was told they never reduce rent prices… sorry, you signed your lease when prices were higher. Now they are wanting to raise my rent if not renewed by 9/28 to 1700 +. Been a good tenant since 1/2022. If this is how loyalty to a property where the water gets shut off once a month on average (sewage treatment plant on site) and the pool is shut down I’m out! Due to the fact I pay a much higher rate I think they can lure potential clients into thinking everyone else does. Not true. Save yourself from paying false inflated rates. If you look at the aprtments at the front of the complex… they have had to deal with flooding for the last several months.

Forgive me for not getting her name, but the young lady in the office yesterday afternoon was a breath of fresh air. She conducted herself with the greatest professionalism that I have seen in a long time. I was very proud to see her work and service my granddaughter. I felt confident that my granddaughter will be safe and serviced properly in this community.
