Hard to tell about my experience since I don't use the recreational amenities. As far as living here, I think te rent is very expensive. However, I don't know rhe avg rental cost in other developments. The man upstairs walks like Frankenstein but my daighterkeeps telling me I live in an apartment now. I deal with it. My only real issue is the carpeting. I came here and it was used already. Having been here 4 years, the carpet has seen.better days. That makes my apartment look worn out.

Great area to live and nice people, maintenance was quick and helpful. Unfortunately that is only a small part of my time at the apartment complex. The walls are very thin, and I can hear multiple different dogs barking/howling for who knows how many apartments down/up for hours on end. Paying this amount just for dogs to be barking and howling for 8 hours a day multiple, days a week is a very miserable experience!

As new people move in, there is more trash on the lawns and streets. It shouldn't be up to mtnce to clean up after sloppy people. Now that there's no recycling done here, the compactor fill up fast. After a couple of days there's no room in it. People are putting in furniture and boxes that aren't broken down. And, the pond is still scummy. Things like this detract from my enjoyment of the complex.
