the place is quiet there is never any issues with neighbors the management has changed a few times recently I do not know the new property manager at all yet but so far she seems pretty relaxed. In general they are very relaxed here. There is freedom to make the place yours which is a big plus in my opinion. Anyone looking to move here it is definitely worth it.
