Be here 8 years. We are in a renovated apartment and its great. Generally nice and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the Maintenace staff is great.

Great Value & Location

My partner and I chose Arium Seaglass more or less off a whim. We didnt have time to physically tour apartments before our work related move and did a couple virtual tours. Rosa was magnificient providing the tour and making sure we felt comfortable with the process. Once we got here and physically saw the apartment and the area we couldn't have been happier with our decision. Yes it is a bit of an older property, but they've done a good job of keeping it fresh. The apartment complex gives off more homier vibes than the newer ones out there. Of course the location cannot be beat. We’ve only been here about a month but so far so good!
