Love my spacious apartment, the helpful staff, even the high quality of activities that are offered here and coordinated by the Gaskin family. For example, last night was a terrific free sushi-making demo class conducted by Chef Bob with his crew and followed with dinner for us residents. Monthly schedules of events, including two guest food trucks, are well publicized. I’ve attended many events in my two years here and look forward to many more.

We made a blind move from Virginia and couldn't be happier with our decision to lease here. Adreanna and the rest of the staff made our move-in seamless and took away almost all unnecessary stress off of our plates! The community and its amenities are fantastic and the entire staff have made us feel so welcome and comfortable! Thanks guys for the great job in welcoming us!

I have not lived here long, but I love the complex so far. The apartments are beautiful and the grou ds are well maintained. I dont love that i must use my phone to get into the complex or the apartment, but at least there is a code provided in case my phone is dead. I do miss having a key though, even if just as a backup if the power is out. I have had a few noise issues, but otherwise my experience has been pleasant.
