Grass is not cut regularly. Dogs are not cleaned up after. Garbage litters the grounds. The trash dumpster overflows regularly. Pool rules are not enforced. Pool area is not cared for. Weeds, garbage and food containers litter the area. Fitness center is a joke, most machines do not work.
