What others love about this property:
This place is a hidden gem
I started living here back in October 2023 so it has been about 6 months. The place is very peaceful and clean. We are close to the highway for easy access and also have a lot of stores nearby to cover all kinds of necessities. Staff is very interactive and provides many activities while at the same time enforcing rules to keep the place beautiful. I can't speak for all models but the model I chose felt extremely cozy and if I had a second chance I would pick it again. This is my first time living on my own so I'm thankful and also happy that I found such a wonderful hidden gem.

Avalons staff is caring and creative! Love the dog park, gym, pool, tanning bed, and community events!
Great place to live!
We're approaching our one year residency anniversary in Avalon, and have been very pleased with every aspect of this well managed complex. Location for us is perfect, as we have our Medical, Grocery, and Dining choices within five minutes of our door. Additional shopping, dining and routine necessities are within a short drive of our front door, and many more are under construction or in the final stages of development. Life in Avalon is comparable to that of living in a residential neighborhood. Our two bedroom, two bath apartment is very roomy and self contained, with multiple, roomy closets. Appliances, including washer and dryer are furnished, allowing you to create your own flexible and personal lifestyle. Daily life in Avalon is great and management and maintenance is very responsive to all of our needs.
Great Apartments
I have lived at Avalon Apartments for a little over a year now. I have enjoyed the ability to be fairly close to anywhere I need to be in Pensacola and the on-property gym, pool, and grill have been great to have available. The residents are all courteous and I have never had an issue. If you are looking for somewhere to settle in I would recommend Avalon Apartments.
