I have lived here for 17 years, I'm the longest tenant in this complex's history. Since 2009, this is unfortunately the worst shape it has ever been in condition wise. The garage trim, for the most part, is rotting off, many of the buildings trim are rotting off and have been neglected for a long time. The lack of obeying the garbage rules has left many breezeways with constant garbage bags as a view every day and night. Some night lights, one near the front mail station has been burnt out for a period of time, our fountain pond closest to the leasing office hasn't worked in quite a while. The entrance speed limit sign is showing mildew and needs care. The gates haven't worked since Hurricane Michael hit in 2018, giving anybody and everybody access to our community. The buildings haven't been painted in years. The mounds of garbage at the front gate are a tremendous eyesore. Now, having said all of this, 10X can still be a great place to live, IF it is taken care of by ownership. I want to emphasize that this isn't the fault of the current leasing office management team, who inherited most all of these problems and the maintenance team has done a good job as well, when permitted to do their jobs. I strongly suggest ownership should step up and keep 10X a great place to live. In the 17 years and counting that I have lived here, I have constantly promoted 10X to dozens of people and have had quite a few come to live here over the years. I want to continue to do that, but if it continues down this road of neglect, I won't be able to continue to do that. My word of trust to friends does mean a lot to me. Hopefully things will improve. I am probably your best word of mouth representative that you can ever have, let's try to keep that going. Thanks.
