I lived in these apartments for a year. The parking situation is very annoying, as about 75% of the parking lot is paid parking only. There are about 20 free parking spots per building. In my experience, the free spots are mostly full by 5:30 pm. The amenities are nicely kept. I have had both pleasant and unpleasant interactions with staff members, particularly the property managers. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and the maintenance staff are very nice. The "market price" for the units is insane, but if you get the 10-week free discount, it makes the prices reasonable. Very convenient location to go to St. Pete and Bradenton, and also a comfortable drive to Sarasota, and Tampa.
