I’ve had a really great experience here so far! One thing that really stands out is the maintenance team. They’re incredibly fast and always friendly when they come by. Any request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and professionally, which makes a big difference. The leasing staff is also great to work with. They are responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever I have questions. Overall, the team here does a great job making me feel taken care of.

I recently moved into what’s marketed as an “upscale” apartment community, and while there are definitely some nice touches, the experience doesn’t entirely justify the higher rent. The building itself has a sleek, modern design—think quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The amenities list is impressive on paper: a pool, fitness center, and even a small coworking space. However, for the price, I expected more consistency in quality and service. Maintenance requests take longer than they should. Sound insulation is also a bit disappointing for a building that calls itself “luxury.” Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live, and the location puts you close to great restaurants and shopping. But compared to my previous (and more affordable) apartments, I’m not sure the premium rent truly matches the value delivered.

lied to us about our monthly cost, grass areas are filled with dog poop, pool is open 24/7 along with the gym and mail room that is outside
