I have lived for about 14 months now. It is a very good place to live. It well located, near a good hospital and good driving distance from good places from Ormond and Daytona.

Parking continues to be very difficult in this complex . All the air conditioning units need to be replaceed They can no longer keep up with the cooling demand . My neighbors above me are very loud. I hear loud stomping regularly.

I've lived at 10x Reserve for a year now and it is a fantastic place to live. The apartments are clean and spacious. I have not had any major maintenance issues. The complex area is also clean. There are security cameras and a gate thus making it a safe place to live. The location is also great because it's a five minute drive to Tangier outlets and a 15 minute drive to Ormond Beach. Also there are many great restaurants, bars, houses of worship and cafe's on Grenada Blvd.

I have lived here for almost a year now. We had a few hiccups in the beginning but overall management was able to resolving the issues! The community is quite and most people are friendly. The valet trash is super convenient as well.
