Village TH

My roommate and I came without a showing to see if we could potentially tour the place. Shablyse was an absolute delight to meet when we got here. She made time to show us a unit, explained the differences in units, and answered all our questions knowledgeably. Our first day we had a leak issue. Within 5 minutes of submitting a high priority maintenance order, maintenance was at our door. They quickly took care of the issue, and answered any questions I had.

Quiet neighborhood with working class people

This has been one of the quietest and nicest neighborhood I have lived in for over 2 years. Ms. Shablyse and The Office staff have been great, professional also assisting with accommodating different options of floor plans. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere!!
