Pests, appliances are old and don’t work. Buildings are not maintained. Never have parking available at night. Complicated process to have an overnight guest. You need to know ahead of time, on a weekday, and go get a pass from the office. That’s wildly inconvenient. Overall not clean and poorly managed.
