I’ve lived here for 5 years and living conditions have significantly declined over that time. This used to be a quiet community and the grounds were kept much better than they are now. Maintenance was never the best because buildings are rarely repaired, but the parking lot was at least cleaned regularly. Now, there is broken glass and debris that is ignored by the maintenance staff, making it difficult to park. There are many buildings with structural damage that need to be addressed, but aren’t. It’s very difficult to get in touch with the office because staff and ownership has changed frequently, so the email addresses usually change with little notice. The water is constantly turned off with no notice at all. There are children screaming at the top of their lungs, breaking signs, scratching cars, and breaking rocks in the parking lot with nothing done about it. We put in requests for things to be repaired and are told that they have to call professionals, but we never hear back, so no one comes. The best feature is the location. The size of the apartments are decent, and with care they could be great.
