Staff is usually fairly friendly amenities are definitely a plus. Parking is always a challenge.

We live in a one bedroom apartment and we love it! We have a view by the pond and its very quiet here. We just renewed for another year. The owners have totally remodeled the property and the amenities. If your looking for a nice apartment at a great value you need yo stop by the Lakes at 408. Also the offce staff is amazing!
