I moved the Millenia apt almost 3 months since i moved in the apt i notice that the the washing machin not working and i got charge every month for the laundry. I made a maintenance request 5 times and go the the office 3 times before they sent me a maintenance guys in 1months 15 days request. The maintenance guys said the the washing machine machine need to replace now i’m about 3 minths without the laundry and i should pay for it every months. The dishwasher, lock door not working i motice that the firt day moving the apt they don’t fixe it. They said is a low income apt but gou have ti pay every month for everything. Even your Parkin spot you have to pay for ut monthly. Definitely not recommend Millenia apt.
