Citi Tower is an amazing building. The location is awesome and the staff are very friendly. My only complaint is I wish our gym was better. We need better equipment (stairmaster, squat rack, smith machine) non-luxury buildings have a better gym than we do and it doesn't make sense.

Maintenance takes forever to resolve issues. I've been waiting for 3 weeks 1 elevator hasn't been working in weeks There's always dog pee in the elevators. People don't put their dogs on leashes lobby sometimes smells?

Love the location and building but some of the charges above the high rent is ridiculous. Charging for trash Valet and there isn't ? I don't mind walking to the end of the hall to dump my trash but to charge me $25 to do so???? Bait and switch.

I toured several buildings in the Lake Eola, North Quarter and Lake Ivanhoe neighborhoods and found all the buildings to be comparable in quality and price. What stood out in Citi Tower was the layout of the apartment, the city view and the location.
