I have truly enjoyed living at Avery Place for the last five years. The convenience of having a designated parking spot (garage) is worth the price. However, I do understand that some things are beyond the leasing office's control, but the noise from tenants blaring their music, car motors and motorcycles has me contemplating relocating. I have heard a neighbor yelling at the inconsiderate noise makers. In this era of violence, I feared for her safety. I guess one has to ask oneself "When did my rights to a quiet existence end and the inconsiderate noise makers rights begin?" Nevertheless, the Avery Place team is topnotch. Kudos to you all.

I moved in a little less than a year ago and am definitely going to be renewing my lease here. It’s a great place with great people and the staff are amazing too!
