I love the layout of the apartment and the staff are amazing and very quick to try to resolve ant issues we have! Unfortunately the builders went a little cheap so there is zero sound privacy.

Nice property, friendly staff, good maintenance but noisy

The staff are great and maintenance / bug control is great. Overall for most people this place would be awesome. My only suggestions are: I work from home. I chose the second floor apartment for availability puposes however had i known it would be this loud i would have definitely chosen the 3rd floor for at least some reduction in noise from upstairs. Would be great it this was advertised during my viewing. There should be a dog waste station at each building. Most people don’t walk their dogs far and they end up just leaving it in the ground. Very gross. Lastly, the fridges are not great. My food gets frozen if i place it too close to the wall of the freezer. Theres been a lot of waste because of that.
