Cats and dogs are permitted. Breed Restrictions: Aggressive breeds are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: Pit Bull Terriers Rottweilers Doberman Pinschers Chows Wolf hybrids Any mix of these breeds We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets. Additional Guidelines: All pets must be registered with the management office. Proof of current vaccinations and licensing must be provided. A pet fee is required. Please refer to your lease agreement or contact the management office for details. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the apartment. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the pet owner. Pet Rent is $30 per pet, per month. I am concerned that my living experience continues to deteriorate due to several ongoing issues within the community. There appears to be a lack of adequate security, which has created concerns about resident safety. Additionally, maintenance emergencies are not being addressed in a timely manner, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. I am also disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by some staff members. Effective communication, respect, and prompt responses are essential to maintaining a positive living environment, and unfortunately, my experiences have not reflected these standards. I respectfully request that these concerns be addressed and that steps be taken to improve security, emergency maintenance response times, and staff professionalism to ensure a safer and more satisfactory living experience for all residents.

I would like to say Marsha resloved my problem. I put the work ticket in on a Saturday. ITS an 72 hr window peroid . I called Marsha because my ac went out and guess what she had Brain fix it for me that same day, i came home from work super cold i was soo happy. She also sent someone the next day to check to make sure its still working... Dont go by what other people are telling you guys. Anytime i needed something fixed it was done no hassle nor excuses ... CALL AND ASK FOR MARSHA YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS
