Maintenance
Im very disappointed in the new management company. I have been a tensnt here for the past 4 yesrs and although it always havent been perfect it hasnt been this bad. The complex advertises a 24hr emergency maintenance line for you to call outside of business hours. I woke up this morning to my second bathroom flooded, the hallway, the entrance to thr master bedroom snd second bedroom floor completely soaked. I called rhw leasing office with hopes of the call being able to be routed. I left a voicemail, put in a maintenance request and everything. Now i have several towels laid out on my floor soaking up the water from the carpet. Aside from that every month my rent payment is a different price. We pay for valet trash every month but they hardly come when they’re supposed to. The gym has been supposedly getting remodeled for the past year with no proof of renovations. When you call the leasing office they never answer during business hours, and dont get me stsrted on the email system. They never answer the default email. Its just fruetrsting when youre paying rent a place that completely lacks communication
Great so far
I’m giving everything 4/5 stars because i just moved in and have no issues so far. There are a couple things that i have issues with though. It’s understandable that you guys switched management companies and a lot is going on but the same way your residents are understanding you guys should be even more understanding. Theres no way that theres supposed to two apartment communities managed in the same one office with 3 workers. Its not fair and its not reasonable. You guys barely answer the phone and its not fair that us as residents or even future residents have to call 80 times a day just to get a response. There needs to be more people in the office or you guys need to prioritize phone calls cause those are just as important . Another Knick i had was that the apartment we initially applied for was about $60 cheaper but without notice or anything we were just informed that it was going up and the unit we wanted was changed. And the only way we figured this was out was by looking in the applicant portal. Now after moving in and seeing how the floor and also the view is , I’m not complaining but it should’ve been nice to get a call or even an email explaining why those changes were made and not just expect us to just accept that it was changed and that’s that. Going back to needing more workers in the office, we applied july 7th and didn’t get a welcome letter of true acceptance until july 24th. That’s unacceptable, most residents understand that it takes time to do things but you guys have to be respectful of other people’s time as well. And then your website was down for like a month during that time the phones should’ve been the main concern but even then there were no answers for the phone. Im hoping things get better because so far i like this community and haven’t had any issues but id like to see it improve. Also a big thanks to Sherrie F. For helping us through this process, she was very patient where i was impatient and vice versa.
