I lost hot water I called office Ray came over in 5 min. I left Apt due to Covid 19 guidelines. He had Gill fix my water heater in 1.5 hrs. These guys are great. They are a great maintenance people whom I can trust.

I cannot say enough about Waverlyplace team. I absolutely enjoy walking into the office and see the smiling faces of Patty,Mark and Paula. They are so welcoming and friendly. I must say I feel like family. They make me feel so welcomed, comfortable and approachable. Placing a work order is so easy. Within a matter of a short time I have maintenance at my unit. Ray attended to my bathroom issue and air conditioner. Super respectful, clean and friendly. I always know the job will get done properly the first time. All the staff at waverly are extremely friendly, Gill, Grover, Louis always smiling and waving hello to all the residents including myself. At Waverly as a resident I am welcomed and feel as if I am apart the Waverlyplace family. Thank you for making Waverly Place feel homely.

Patti, Paola, Ray & Marc are all wonderful people. Very caring and helpful at all times. I have been here for many years. The staff is very professional and will go above and beyond to help in any way. The maintenance group is also very helpful.

Paola was my first point of contact when I was interested in this place. She was with me every step of the way and even helped me out with a few hiccups during move in, that made it all an easy process. I highly recommend speaking with her if you are interested in living in this community. Maintenence is great and Ray is also great for just general conversations. I do hope they get the soccer field open again, as my son looks at it everyday, and we cant go in. And I wish the pool was heated though we are in November and the water still feels great. Thank you for all you do to make us feel welcome.
