I love the peace and quiet at Sierra grande

Honestly i pay so much for a place yhats not worth the proce tag. I have seen and visited other communities that are just a couple dollars cheaper and l have a way better pleasing aesthetic and more amenities then what i have. I feel loke i have settled because i moved here the year pf the hurricane and needed a olace asap aftwr being displaced however i regret settling just because it was fast and available. The rent here is high but so is everywhere else but the difference is those places look worth the price tag if not more and im always surprised when i ask out if curiosity and find out its either cheaper if not the same as i pay now and then i start to feel the regret. Sierra Grande needs a make over, the community barely has any amenties and the gym equipment is always broken. The lake here lloks so ugly and unkept not even an alligator would want to live in in.

Overall, I do enjoy living here. It was the cheapest I could find when I was moving out from ny parents place. The apartments themselves are not bad quality, the staff at the front are amazing and very sweet.

they should have bike rack~ they should put a garbage pail in the package room. The front doors of the units need to be painted,
