The staff is excellent. Always get the job done & then some. I feel safe in this community. The property is clean & from what I can see always making improvements. Neighbors, dogs & dog parents are courteous & kind.

I have lived here for 8 years. I love the location because there is minimal traffic and you have everything you need around you. I love my kids schools. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's a good community. Would like 2 reserved parkings per unit (we only get 1), and sometimes residents do not pick up after themselves which gives maintenance double the work, rent could also be lower but that's for every apartment in Collier County. 7/10
