Decent homes/unavailable staff

The people in the community are nice, and the townhomes are nice, but not well constructed. They have dog bags throughout the neighborhood. Still a lot under construction gates are open all the time and clubhouse is being renovated with management turnover. It has been very difficult getting a hold of, anyone in the office for the last six months or so can’t get a return email or call . But the community is pretty quiet with nice people. The neighborhood has great potential once construction finished and good management set in place.

Administration and HOA Absent

With the change of leasing management, everything crashed. Sad because the actual property inside the home is very spacious.

Going downhill

The property has been abandoned, no way to communicate with the team. The gates are broken thus no security and just a simlle roller coaster with calls

Nice area

The townhomes seem like they were built super fast. They are beautiful at first look but built what seems to be poor quality. Nearly all the closet door tracking doesn’t work right there are nail heads coming up through the flooring the flooring is not level and many other construction issues. But, with that said, we do love the area and community would just never purchase long-term due to poor craftsmanship (speaking, of course for the one i live in-maybe others are built better).
