What others love about this property:
over priced
They used to have a basketball court but then they took it out and put Bache ball which nobody uses. Gym could use more free weighs like a bench press or a squat rack also heavier dumb bells..
Great value for money
Safety, sense of belonging and quality staff are things i look for in a potential community. Here at Milano the office staff primarily Valerie and Melody, go above and beyond to ensure that your living experience is a great ine within the community. They have awesoem community events such as paint and sips, food trucks, popsicle parties and game nights to get the residents together and help make us feel valued while also having fun! The pool area is divine, and so relaxing. Matenince does a good job of reaponding to calls and helping reaolve anything that needs to be fixed such as a light fixture, missing blind etc. overall i can really say that i have loved my living experience here thus far and an proud to call Milano Home. Come join and be apart of this beautiful community!!!

I love living here, its thr place neighborhood ige ever been in, great people, nice scenery, and my place is in perfect condition and no issues at all so far
Parking and valet trash
Parking spaces are not respected and the valet trash schedules are never punctual
not impressed
nearby construction is loud and irritating, super loud construction. also when leaving complex construction has left road filthy which gets on cars. tenants leave garbage everywhere. parking lots hallways sidewalks etc. people do not pick up after their animals. pool is to small for amount of residents. can not relax at pool because people over crowed with friends and children run around. unable to relax at pool. 2 grills for 2000 residents. people drive fast and have no care for people walking or crossing. not a true gated community. people can freely enter there is no restriction. park and walk right in safety is not a concern. downed lamp poles.
