I live here about one year and 9 months. the clean up was bad but for now it's better. the building are clean now. Thanks Great job so far!

I’m writing this letter in appreciation for Ms. Valverde. I have lived in my apartment here in Laurel Ridge for almost five to six years. From the day we met Valverde till now, she has been a perfect example of a manager of an apartment. She is always there for you any time of day with the most positive and lovely attitude. I have lived all around the world with many different manager. Never have we had one as extraordinary as Valverde. The manager is very nice alao but it is been a long time I haven't seen her. I feel like Ms. Valverde never too busy and she makes even the smallest problems a priority. Not only does Ms. Valverde care for her tenants but the owners and the building as well. She is constantly making our building safer and pleasant every day/week/month. She respects all of us the same and allows us to feel like a community.
