The apartments are huge (800 sq feet for one bedroom-twice the size of my DC apt.), with lanai porches. Very pet friendly with lots of grounds for walking dogs. The current management is very responsive and friendly as is the maintenance. All modern kitchen appliances. Perfect location close to every conceivable store and restaurant in North Naples and beaches down the road (15 min, drive away). This is ideal as apartments go. The valet garbage service picks up your trash regularly outside your door. Amenities include 2 pools, a work out fitness room and big grilling stations for outdoor picnics. Can't beat Naples living here as apartments go.

This is a world class resort style apartment complex near every conceivable store and kind of restaurant in Naples. The apartments are huge and each have a lanai screened in porch making another room essentially. Pet friendly with grounds to walk a dog around with waste stations and poop bags keeping the place clean. It has grilling stations, 2 pools, and a work out fitness room. The staff is very friendly, competent and responsive and maintenance is very responsive. All modern kitchen appliance upgrades. You cant find better for apartments anywhere IMO.
