Fountain Viewless

Property has diminished and poorly maintained. Dead bushes never replaced, dead grass, no longer protected property and ownership or management company has not invested in any beautification whatsoever. Gates removed, wires hanging out of the ground. Just failing on all counts.

4 years of residency

living at 10x for 4 years has given mixed emotions, the office is very unorganized and the staff is different every few months. The apartment is slowly deteriorating, it looks nice at first glance but the floors alone have a lot of wear and tear.
