Waterview Apartments are located in the heart of North Miami Beach and just minutes from Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach and Florida International University. Our lovely community has a water view of Royal Glades Canal and easy to access public transportation. Our property is less than a mile from Victory Park and Pool to enjoy on a leisure day. Apartments feature stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, porcelain tile floors throughout apartment, and hurricane-resistant doors and windows.
