Ive been here since tgey first opened it was pretty quiet and clean now after a year tge staff that was here before and keeping things in order are gone, kids rin all over tge complex all times of day and night. Theres mo she nce of privacy i have kids playing on and near my vehicles constantly the patrol van only do so much we get notices about being threatened to get put out if kids our outside yet nothing happens, the staff before handles business and not only cared about the inside og the homess but keeping the community nice and safe i miss asia and the other young ladies they did a great job at keeping residents and kids safe one kid almost got ran over because they just ride freely theought the parking lot. Not sure if ill be renewing it’s definitely going downhill.we get late notices on the door before the rent is even due and the water bills are ridiculous hopefully we can het a change soon with getting things back under control its a very nice place to live but the way its being ran isn’t.

I will say this. The young lady by the name of Asia was very respectful and amazingly friendly. But when it comes to the property manager by the name of Carla was very rude and disrespectful. I was dealing with domestic violence with my children and I needed to move immediately. I'm currently a sec8 recipient. Sec8 approved it and told me they were ready for me to move. When I got there I was then informed that I was going to have to pay an additional 240 dollars on top of my tenant portion. MIND YOU THIS IS NOT INCLUDING WHAT SEC8, A THIRD PARTY CONTRACTOR WAS AWARE OF UNTIL THE DAY I WENT TO SIGN MY LEASE.. I spoke to miss Carla herself explaining my situations and telling her I can not afford to pay more than I'm told too pay. She did not care tell me oh well it has to be paid. So I apologized for the inconvenience and told her I'll just take my deposit and look for something else. This lady had the nerve to tell me I was not getting my deposit back. MIND YOU I HAVE NO KEYS IN MY HANDS. THE YOUNG LADY ASIA WAS HOLDING ON TO IT FOR ME. ALL IM GOING TO SAY IS MS CARLA IF YOUR READING THIS YOU NEED A CHARACTER ADJUSTMENTS. YOU NEED TO HAVE COMPASSION. REDWOOD HAS THE WRONG PROPERTY MANAGER. THEY NEED TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. BUT OVERALL ITS A NICE AND QUIET PLACE. DEAL WITH ASIA AND HER ALONE.
